  7. C-Tran & C-Run are tools for porting application software written in CADOL II
  8. and CADOL III (the operating system and programming language of CONTEL CADO
  9. COMPUTERS) to computers running variations of UNIX System V. The following
  10. hardware is supported: computers running SCO XENIX 286 and 386, SCO UNIX, AT&T
  11. 3B2, Altos, NCR Tower, Sperry 5000, DEC MicroVAX II. C-Tran is a translation
  12. program which takes CADOL source code output. C-Run is a runtime library, of
  13. programs written in C, which emulates all of the database management and
  14. terminal handling functions of CADOL. When the translated C source code is
  15. compiled and linked with the C-Run library, the resultant executable code
  16. functions identically to the original CADOL application.
